After purchasing this ticket, maybe close to the show date (as soon as we have more details) you will be contacted by us from the following email address: merch.frozencrownofficial@gmail.com (to which you can also write for info / questions). So please provide a valid email address here our webshop so we can contact you back.
Through email exchange we will set up our meeting, which is more likely going to be in the afternoon, prior to when shows begin, outside from the venue. Should the time be very strict because of traveling issues / delays, we will make our best to set up the meeting after our show, still outside the venue.

A very important note.
You were so kind to consider buying a VIP ticket upgrade, so you undoubtedly want to support the band, for a reason or another.
We really appreciate this, especially cause we’re a pretty young band touring the US for the first time. There’s an incredible amount of expenses (more money than most of us band members never even saw in their entire life) and a lot of things we don’t know about touring the US (despite the decent amount of touring we did in Europe, this feels like a leap in the dark for how different most dynamics are compared to what we are used to). For this reason, and also because of the fact we are the last band (and the least important) on the bill, most things won’t be able to be decided till the last minute. So many dynamics related to this VIP upgrade experience might not end up being exactly like described in the ticket, and we might need to adapt. But we will give our very best to make everything work in a way or
another, and make your experience unforgettable.
